Our favorite restaurant in Mazunte! Food was good to very good (generous portions, decent prices, especially liked their pizza and guacamole), cocktails were fantastic! The service was super friendly and fast. We loved the atmosphere, very laid back and relaxing. Would definitely come back when we return to Mazunte.

Really very delicious pizza at great prices. We shared one pizza and it was plenty for two people. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. As soon as we sat down they brought over a good floor fan ( very humid and warm here still at night). The Quattro Queso was delicious. Thin crust. Sesame seeds on the edges. Yummy. Nice relaxed vibe. We’d go again. For this kind of relaxed and decent food it’s a great place in Mazunte.
We came here during low season and they only offered pizza in their menu... pretty Bombay for my kids! And I di have to say it was one of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Pretty cool service with tourists tips. I do recommend it.

The crust is perfectly crispy, the ingredients are super fresh, and the flavors are on point. I highly recommend the “Especial de Carnes” — it comes loaded with delicious meats and black olives. The vibe is super chill, perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends or family. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and efficient. They also offer takeout if you prefer to enjoy your food elsewhere. If you’re in Oaxaca and craving pizza, La Empanada is a must-visit!
La Empanada serves excellent pizza and pasta in a patio setting. One of my favourite places in Mazunte. Service is top notch, and the streaming music is right on. Wine, beer, various liquors.. As well local musicians will stroll in and out and play a few tunes for tips.
Great pizzas! The tomato sauce was soooo good.. Service was also top notch and we were well taken care of. Loved the atmosphere! They also accept card without comission, which is nice.
